Nuno Líbano Monteiro is participating in the 10th Magistrates and Lawyers Dialogue Conference, organised by the Litigation Lawyers’ Circle.
The senior partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group is chairing the opening session of the event. With the theme of 'Justice and Artificial Intelligence', the conference will bring together magistrates, lawyers, academics, and technology experts to discuss the use of AI systems in supporting investigations and legal proceedings, the admissibility and assessment of digital evidence, and the challenges of transparency, accountability, and protecting fundamental rights.
The event aims to foster debate on the impact of technology on the justice system and the future direction of this transformation.
