In partnership with CAMARB (the Brazilian Chamber of Business Mediation and Arbitration) and the Luso-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, PLMJ is hosting the event 'The Future of Arbitration: Efficiency, Innovation and Today's Challenges'.
In an ever-changing environment, arbitration is facing new demands for efficiency and technological adaptation, as well as the need to respond to increasingly complex challenges. Joaquim Shearman de Macedo, partner and co-head of the Dispute Resolution practice, will open the event. Rute Alves, a senior counsel in the same practice, will participate in the roundtable discussion.
The meeting will bring together experts to reflect on the present state of arbitration and consider its future as an increasingly essential dispute resolution mechanism.
