The theme of the 2025 conference, sponsored by PLMJ, is ‘The Future of Construction in Africa’.
The fifth edition will feature PLMJ lawyers: Diogo Duarte de Campos, partner and head of the Public Law practice, will speak on the ‘Risk allocation in African construction: breaking the impasse’ panel, while Joana Brandão, partner in the Public Law practice, will moderate the ‘Improving project bankability: the 90% challenge’ panel.
Taking place in Nairobi, Kenya, the event will bring together infrastructure and energy sector professionals from across Africa, as well as construction law experts with experience in African projects. Trends and insights from the construction and infrastructure sectors will be explored.
