PLMJ team writes guide on Real Estate for Lexology

A team of PLMJ lawyers has writtens Lexology's Real Estate 2023 Digital Edition guide. The lawyers were Rita Alarcão Júdice and Francisco Lino Dias , partners and co-heads of the Real Estate and Tourism practice, Bruno Ferreira, a partner in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices, and André Abrantes, a managing associate in the same practice areas.

The chapter provides an overview of the Portuguese legal system and of issues relating to registration, landlords and tenants, commercial vs. residential property, land planning, condemnation of property, acquisition and rental, and trends in our legal system.
