About Francisco
Francisco is a partner and co-head of the Real Estate and Tourism practice. He advises investors and real estate developers on a wide range of transactions involving all types of property.
Over the past 20 years, he has extensive experience advising on all phases of a real estate project, including the design and implementation of corporate and financing structures. He has represented real estate investors and developers in acquisitions and sales of property portfolios, sale and leaseback transactions, and the development and sale of logistics parks, office buildings, student residences, senior residences, shopping centres and retail parks. He has also advised on urban rehabilitation projects.
Francisco holds a law degree from Católica Lisbon School of Law and an Executive MBA from Nova SBE (Nova School of Business and Economics). He has worked with educational institutions such as ISEG Executive Education and the Private Law Research Centre of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, teaching postgraduate courses on real estate contracts.
In 2019, he won Iberian Lawyer's Forty Under 40 award in the real estate category.
