Tiago Duarte comments Public Tender for Digital Television allocation in the DE

Tiago Duarte, PLMJ Partner with the Firm’s Public Law area of Practice and an  Administrative Law Professor  at the Lisbon Nova University, interviewed by the Diário Económico within the scope of the Public Tender for the concession of the Earth Digital Television (TDT) license, which opposes Candidates Airplus and Portugal Telecom(PT), declared that according with the Administrative Procedural Code in case of any “distrust incident “ regarding Candidates  the same should be settled within an eight weekdays term.
