About Beatriz
Beatriz is an associate in the Real Estate and Tourism practice. With almost 5 years of professional experience, she has regularly advised on various real estate transactions involving the purchase, sale and lease of real estate for Portuguese and international clients to promote projects in the retail, hotel, logistics, office, residential and shopping centre sectors.
Beatriz holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and a master's degree in judicial procedure and practice from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon. She also completed a postgraduate course in real estate law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a course in data protection at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
Prior to joining PLMJ, she was a lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira & Associados.
