About Beatriz
Beatriz is a senior associate in the Real Estate and Tourism practice and has 5 years' experience.
She advises Portuguese and international clients on a range of real estate transactions involving the purchase, sale and lease of properties for retail, hospitality, logistics, office, residential and shopping centre developments.
Beatriz holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and a master's degree in legal procedure and practice from Católica Lisbon School of Law. She also completed a postgraduate course in real estate law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a course in data protection at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
Before joining PLMJ, she was a lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira & Associados.
