About David

David is an associate in the Corporate M&A practice area. With 5 years' professional experience, he advises on domestic and cross-border transactions in different sectors including industry, real estate, tourism, telecommunications, aviation, and transport.

He is particularly involved in advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate finance and corporate restructuring. This work includes mergers, de-mergers, transformations, dissolutions and liquidations of companies.

Before joining PLMJ, David was a lawyer at VdA where he worked in the areas of banking and finance and corporate/M&A.
