About David
David is a senior associate in the Corporate M&A practice and has more than seven years' experience. He advises on domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of sectors, including industry, real estate, tourism, telecommunications, aviation and transport.
He is particularly involved in advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate finance and corporate restructuring. His experience includes mergers, demergers, transformations, dissolutions and liquidations of companies.
Before joining PLMJ, David was a lawyer at VdA, where he worked in the Banking and Finance and Corporate M&A practices.
