Edgar é associado na área de Resolução de Litígios, onde presta assessoria jurídica em direito penal e contraordenacional.
É licenciado em Direito pela Faculdade da NOVA Lisboa e frequentou a parte lectiva do Mestrado Forense e Arbitragem na mesma instituição.
