About Francisco
Francisco is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution practice and advises on civil and commercial litigation and insolvency proceedings.
With more than 5 years’ experience, he has provided legal support in the economic-financial restructuring of major companies in the tourism and hotels sectors, and he has advised venture capital investment funds and provided regular support for insolvent estates based outside Portugal.
Francisco has a master’s degree in legal-philosophical sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and is currently doing a PhD in legal-business sciences at the same faculty.
