PLMJ Arbitration Review 01

In short, the Review is an annual publication whose principal focus is to provide a commentary on the most important arbitral awards of the preceding year. Each issue of the Review will analyse and comment on the main Portuguese and international arbitration awards, and this commentary will be provided in various languages, depending on the case in question and the country of origin.
