About Guilherme

Guilherme is an associate in the Corporate M&A practice where he advises on domestic and cross-border transactions in different sectors including industry, real estate, tourism, telecommunications, aviation, and transport.

He earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and is currently studying for an LLM in International Business Law at Queen Mary University of London.

Before joining PLMJ, Guilherme was an intern at the law firms VdA and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
