About Guilherme
Guilherme is an associate in the Corporate M&A practice. With 2 year's experience, he advises on domestic and cross-border transactions in different sectors including industry, real estate, tourism, telecommunications, aviation, and transport.
He earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a LLM in International Business Law at Queen Mary University of London.
Before joining PLMJ, Guilherme was an intern at the law firms VdA and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
