About Guilherme
Guilherme is an associate in the Corporate M&A practice and has 2 years' experience.
He advises on domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of sectors, including industry, real estate, tourism, telecommunications, aviation and transport.
He holds a law degree from Católica Lisbon School of Law and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London.
Before joining PLMJ, Guilherme was an intern at the law firms VdA and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
