PLMJ advises Brazilian giant CSN on acquisition of Portuguese GramPerfil

PLMJ advised CSN Steel, the Spanish subsidiary of Brazilian giant CSN, on the acquisition of the entire capital of GramPerfil, in Pombal.

Before this acquisition, the Brazilian group already had a presence in Portugal, through the companies Lusosider – Aços Planos, Lusosider, Projetos Siderúrgicos and Lusosider Ibérica.

With this acquisition, CSN Steel gains access to a Portuguese company with a clear export profile – with 70% of its production being sold outside the country.
