Guiomar Seromenho is an associate in the the Planning and Land Use where she focuses on advising on urban planning and land use matters.

She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and she completed a postgraduate course in urban planning and housing law at the same institution.

She holds a master’s degree in urban studies from the University of Amsterdam and University College London (UCL).
