About Guiomar

Guiomar is an associate in the Planning and Land Use practice, where she focuses on urban planning and land use matters.

She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and completed a postgraduate course in urban planning and housing law at the same institution.

Guiomar also holds a master's degree in urban studies from the University of Amsterdam and University College London (UCL).
