About Melissa
Melissa is an associate in the EU and Competition Law practice.
She advises Portuguese and international clients on proceedings before the Portuguese Competition Authority and the European Commission. She also represents clients in civil liability proceedings arising from anti-competitive practices.
She has experience defending companies in cartel proceedings, competition litigation, merger control, abuse of dominance cases, state aid matters and the implementation of compliance programmes.
Melissa holds a law degree from NOVA School of Law and an LL.M. in European Law from Maastricht University.
