Telmo Coutinho Rodrigues
Joined PLMJ in 2022.
Senior associate in the Public Law practice.
About Telmo
Telmo is a senior associate in the Public Law practice and has 5 years' experience.
He advises on public and environmental law, with a particular focus on the energy sector. His work includes advising on the development and acquisition of renewable energy projects, energy taxation and emissions trading, and representing clients in energy-related disputes.
Telmo also advises on environmental regulation and licensing matters, including waste management and environmental impact assessments.
He completed a postgraduate course in energy law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and is currently studying for a master's degree in law and legal studies, specialising in administrative law, at the same faculty.
Telmo has been a guest lecturer in the Public Law Department of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon since 2022.
Before joining PLMJ, Telmo was a lawyer at the law firm Abreu.
