About Vasco
Vasco is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property practice and has 10 years' experience.
He advises clients on trademarks, copyright, patents and unfair competition across a wide range of sectors, with particular experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Vasco also focuses on intellectual property litigation, particularly court proceedings involving industrial property rights relating to pharmaceuticals, as well as trademark, copyright and unfair competition disputes.
He advises on a broad range of intellectual property transactions and has extensive experience in technology contracts. Vasco has been an Official Industrial Property Agent since 2022.
He holds a law degree from Católica Lisbon School of Law and a master's degree in tax law from the same institution.
Before joining PLMJ, Vasco was a lawyer at Vieira de Almeida.
