About Carolina

Carolina is a managing associate in the Tax practice and has more than 10 years' experience. She advises Portuguese and international clients on a broad range of tax matters.

She specialises in the tax structuring of transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganisations, both domestic and international. She also advises clients on real estate investment and financing transactions.

Carolina is the author of several publications in the field of tax law and is a member of the Portuguese Association of Tax Consultants (APCF).

She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and completed the curricular component of the master's degree in tax law at Católica Lisbon School of Law. She also completed a short course in digital taxation at the same school.
