Rita is a managing associate in the Employment and Labour practice and has 5 years' experience.

She specialises in handling judicial proceedings and focuses on civil, employment and administrative offence litigation. She also provides ongoing support to clients on employment matters.

Rita has also advised clients on real estate projects and investments, and on nationality and investment residence permit procedures.

Rita holds a postgraduate qualification in legal procedure and practice from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
