About Rafaela

Rafaela is of counsel in the Tax practice. She specialises in corporate income tax, personal income tax, indirect taxes and property taxes, particularly in advising Portuguese and international clients on transactions.

Rafaela holds a law degree from the University of Coimbra and a postgraduate qualification in taxation from Católica Lisbon School of Law. She also completed the curricular component of the Master's in Law and Management, specialising in taxation, at NOVA School of Law.

Before joining PLMJ, Rafaela was a senior consultant in the International Tax and Transactions department at EY Portugal
