About Teresa
Teresa is a partner in the Real Estate and Tourism practice. She has 18 years of professional experience and focuses on commercial law, with a particular emphasis on commercial property and finance.
Her areas of expertise include structuring, negotiating and handling M&A and private equity transactions, establishing and advising investment and venture capital funds and acquiring loan portfolios. Teresa also advises on financing and corporate restructurings in various sectors of the real estate and tourism industries.
She also has experience in the development and support of large-scale agricultural projects.
Teresa holds an LL.M. from the University of Virginia, USA.
Prior to joining PLMJ, she was a lawyer at Uría Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho.
