About Catia

Cátia is a senior professional support lawyer in the Regulatory and Public Law practice and has 20 years' experience.

She focuses on administrative law, particularly in the areas of public sector law, public procurement and administrative litigation.

She has advised private and public organisations on public employment matters, including recruitment, career progression, employment relationships, remuneration systems, performance appraisal and disciplinary proceedings. She has also advised on the civil liability of the state and on public procurement procedures.

Cátia holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, a postgraduate qualification in corporate tax law and a postgraduate qualification in biomedical law, both from the same faculty.

She has also published works in her areas of practice.
