About Mariana
Mariana is a senior professional support lawyer in the Corporate M&A practice and has 20 years' experience.
She focuses on commercial and corporate law matters, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Mariana holds a law degree from NOVA School of Law and an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from King's College London.
Before rejoining PLMJ, where she began her career and worked until 2009, Mariana was deputy director and assistant director in the Legal Department of Banco Finantia, S.A. and a lawyer at CS'Associados.
