Sérgio Teixeira
Joined PLMJ in 2019.
Senior counsel in the Real Estate and Tourism practice.
About Sérgio
Sérgio is a senior counsel in the Real Estate and Tourism practice and has more than 20 years' experience.
He advises Portuguese and international real estate investors, hotel groups and major retailers across the full lifecycle of projects and transactions, from the design and implementation of corporate and financing structures through to completion.
His experience includes acquisitions and disposals of assets and portfolios, sale and leaseback transactions, forward funding and forward purchases, leasing and other operating arrangements, as well as urban regeneration projects across the office, logistics, retail, hospitality, student housing and senior living sectors.
Sérgio holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a postgraduate qualification in securities law from the same faculty.
Before joining PLMJ, he was a lawyer at F. Castelo Branco e Associados.
