Sérgio Teixeira
Joined PLMJ in 2019.
Senior Counsel in the Real Estate and Tourism practice.
About Sérgio
Sérgio is a senior counsel in PLMJ’s Real Estate and Tourism practice. With more than 20 years’ experience, he advises real estate investors, hotel groups and major retailers, domestic and international, across the full lifecycle of projects and transactions, from designing and implementing corporate and financing structures through to completion.
His track record covers acquisitions and disposals of assets and portfolios, sale and leaseback, forward funding and forward purchase, leasing and other operating arrangements, as well as urban regeneration projects, across offices, logistics, retail, hospitality, student housing and senior living.
Sérgio holds a law degree from the University of Lisbon and a postgraduate qualification in Securities Law from the same school. Before joining PLMJ, he practised at F. Castelo Branco e Associados.
