About Filipa

Filipa is a senior associate in the Corporate M&A practice.

She advises Portuguese and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private investment, joint ventures, corporate finance, and corporate restructuring. Filipa also advises venture capital and private equity funds on a variety of investment transactions.

She has worked on both domestic and cross-border transactions, advising clients across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, property, tourism, telecommunications, retail and transport.

Before joining PLMJ, Filipa practised law in the Corporate M&A department at Cuatrecasas.

She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon and a master’s degree in law from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
