About Gabriela

Gabriela is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution practice and focuses on judicial proceedings in the context of civil, corporate, criminal and administrative offence litigation.

She has handled disputes in the areas of family and inheritance law, particularly advising on inventory proceedings relating to the division of estates.

Gabriela holds a master's degree in legal procedure and practice from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and completed a course in insolvency at the Institute of Business and Employment Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. She also completed the postgraduate course in Digital Evidence in Criminal Proceedings at the IDPCC of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
