About Maria

Maria is a senior associate in the Real Estate and Tourism practice. With almost 10 years of professional experience, she regularly advises Portuguese and international clients in a wide range of sectors. She has a particular focus on retail, shopping centres, offices, residential and agribusiness.

She has assisted clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, representing the client at all stages of the transaction. The transactions include sale and purchase, leasing, creation of real property rights and land restructuring.

Maria holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and has completed a course in arbitration at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
