Martim Magalhães
Joined PLMJ in 2025.
Senior associate in the Tax practice.
About Martim
Martim is a senior associate in the Tax practice, providing tax advice to Portuguese and international clients on direct and indirect tax matters.
Having gained experience at leading law firms, he specialises in providing tax advice on the structuring of operations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganisations at national and international levels. Martim has also assisted clients with real estate investment projects and financing transactions.
Martim holds a law degree and a master's degree in tax law, both from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He has also completed a postgraduate course in tax law at IDEFF and an LL.M in digitalisation and tax law at WU – Vienna University of Economics and Business.
