Martim Magalhães

About Martim
Martim is a senior associate in the Tax practice and provides tax advice to Portuguese and international clients on direct and indirect tax matters.
Having gained experience at leading law firms, he specialises in the tax structuring of transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganisations, both domestically and internationally. Martim has also advised clients on real estate investment projects and financing transactions.
Martim holds a law degree and a master's degree in tax law, both from Católica Porto School of Law. He has also completed a postgraduate course in tax law at IDEFF and an LL.M. in Digitalisation and Tax Law at WU – Vienna University of Economics and Business.
