Ricardo Bandeira

About Ricardo
Ricardo is a senior associate in the Public Law practice.
He has around 10 years' experience handling various types of prior urban planning control procedures and implementing real estate transactions. He is responsible for drafting and executing urban development and planning contracts.
He was previously a legal advisor to the Lisbon City Council city councillor responsible for Planning, Urban Development and Relations with Citizens, as well as to the Legal Department of Oliveira do Bairro Municipal Council.
Prior to joining PLMJ, he was an associate at the TELLES law firm in the Public Law and Urban Planning practice.
