About Ricardo
Ricardo is a senior associate in the Public Law practice and has 10 years' experience.
He focuses on urban planning procedures and the implementation of real estate transactions. He is also responsible for drafting and implementing urban development and planning agreements.
He was previously a legal adviser to the Lisbon City Council councillor responsible for planning, urban development and relations with citizens, as well as to the Legal Department of Oliveira do Bairro Municipal Council.
Before joining PLMJ, he was an associate at Telles in the Public Law and Urban Planning practice.
