Rita Pereira Jardim

About Rita
Rita is a senior associate in the Corporate M&A practice and has 10 years' experience.
She advises Portuguese and international clients on transactions across a range of sectors and provides regular advice on commercial contracts, the negotiation of commercial agreements and general corporate law matters.
Rita holds a master's degree in tax law from Católica Lisbon School of Law and is currently attending a postgraduate course in energy law at the same institution.
She began her career at PLMJ in 2016 and returned to the firm in 2020 after working as a specialist in the Office of the Undersecretary of State and of Tax Affairs in the 22nd Constitutional Government.
