About Samantha

Samantha is a senior counsel in the Corporate M&A practice, a member of the German Desk, and has 10 years' experience.

She focuses on corporate law and litigation, particularly company incorporations and corporate liability. She advises clients, particularly from German-speaking countries, across a range of sectors, including tourism, passenger and freight transport, and shopping centres.

Samantha is president of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of the Portuguese-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of several professional associations, including Advoselect and Ars Legis, two European networks for German-speaking lawyers.
