Samantha is a senior counsel in the Corporate M&A practice and a member of the German Desk. With 10 years' experience, she focuses on corporate law and litigation, particularly the incorporation of companies and corporate liability.

Samantha advises clients, particularly from German-speaking countries, in a variety of sectors including tourism, passenger and goods transport, and shopping centres.

She is president of the board of the Young Entrepreneurs of the Portuguese-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is a member of several professional associations, including Advoselect and Ars Legis, two European networks for German-speaking lawyers.
