PLMJ advised Minor on the sale to NH Hotels Group of 100% of the capital of the company that controls the hotels Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort, Tivoli Lagos Algarve Resort, NH Sintra, NH Marina Portimão and Tivoli The Residences at Victoria.

This operation had a total value of €133.2 million.
