About Ânia

Ânia is a managing associate in the Corporate M&A practice and has 12 years' experience.

She advises clients in the infrastructure, aviation and technology sectors and has experience in M&A transactions across a range of industries, as well as in corporate law matters.

Andreia holds a law degree from Católica Lisbon School of Law and a Master’s in Law and Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. She also completed a postgraduate course in corporate finance at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Before joining PLMJ, Ânia worked in the legal department at Novo Banco, where she focused on corporate finance. She was also a lawyer at Linklaters in Lisbon.
