Pedro Faria speaks to newspaper Público about the court case won by Santa Casa da Misericórdia in which it was defended by PLMJ.

The Lisbon Civil Court ruled that Betclic, the online games operator, must suspend operations in Portugal, in favour of Santa Casa da Misericórdia, during a trial in which it was advised by PLMJ partner Pedro Faria of the litigation practice. A similar ruling had already been given in a case which Santa Casa da Misericórdia also won against BWin in which it was also advised by Pedro Faria.
