PLMJ partner, José Miguel Júdice, argues for specialisation of judges to speed up legal actions

As part of the Companies-Parliament Programme organised by the Company Directors' Forum, PLMJ partner, José Miguel Júdice, who heads the firm's arbitration practice shared his idea that specialisation by judges and the creation of pilot courts to resolve conflicts between companies would help speed up legal proceedings.
