Manuela Tavares Morais
Joined PLMJ in 1994.
Senior counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice.
About Manuela
Manuela is a senior counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice and has more than 20 years' experience.
She practises in various areas of civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on civil procedure, insolvency and corporate restructuring.
She has advised Portuguese and international clients in complex multi-jurisdictional proceedings, particularly in matters involving the insolvency and liquidation of credit institutions. She also represents creditors and debtors in restructuring negotiations and special corporate recovery proceedings.
