Carla F. Machado at the Public Procurement Conference

The partner will be speaking at an event taking place at the i3S (Institute for Research and Innovation in Health) in Porto.

On 19 October, Carla F. Machado will be speaking at the Public Procurement Conference in Porto.

As part of the Public Sector practice, the partner will be joining a panel to discuss the topic “The New Regime for the Rejection of Tenders”.

The initiative, organised by CAPACITAR – Academia de Formação Contratual in partnership with anoGOV (ANO Software) and ComprasPT (Miroma), brings together sector experts to discuss topics such as the revision of the Public Contracts Code (CCP), the integration of artificial intelligence, and the future of public procurement in Portugal.
