Catarina Félix Pericão is a lecturer on the postgraduate Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution course

The senior associate is taking part in the 16th edition of the course.

Catarina Félix Pericão will be speaking at the postgraduate course organised by Católica Porto School of Law in partnership with the Institute for the Certification and Training of Portuguese-Speaking Mediators (ICFML).

She is leading the session 'From overconfidence to deadlock: the lawyer’s role in commercial mediation'. The session will focus on the impact of cognitive biases in commercial mediation, as well as the role of lawyers in identifying and overcoming obstacles to reaching an agreement.
