Diogo Duarte de Campos is a speaker at the 6th Conference on Public Contract Law

The event is taking place at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Diogo Duarte de Campos will be speaking at the sixth edition, which is being organised by the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences and the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre.

The partner and head of the Public Law practice will speak on the seventh panel, which is dedicated to public procurement and litigation. The topic is 'The CJEU judgment of 17 September 2026 (C-266/25 and C-267/25): implications for Article 25-A of Law No. 30/2021 and ongoing proceedings'.

The 6th edition, under the theme 'A Time of Change: the 2026 revision of the Public Contracts Code and the prospect of reform of European law', brings together experts to analyse the main amendments to the Public Contracts Code and the challenges arising from developments in the European legal framework.
