Luís Heleno Terrinha is a speaker at the International Conference on Democracy, Development and Human Rights

Luís Heleno Terrinha will be speaking at an event organised by the 3D Foundation and held in Cape Verde.

The senior counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice will contribute to the second panel of the conference, which is dedicated to the topic of human rights in the face of climate change and will be examined from the perspective of international investment law.

The conference will examine the political and legal landscape of Cape Verde. The formal opening session will be attended by the Cape Verdean Minister of Justice and the President of the Bar Association.
