Mozambique energy deal handled by PLMJ and GLM featured in Diário Económico

PLMJ advised on the purchase of a participating interest in an oil block in the Rovuma Basin by the Indian group Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). The deal was handled by a multidisciplinary team from PLMJ and GLM - Gabinete Legal Moçambique, a member of PLMJ International Legal Network and it was one of the largest energy deals to have taken place in Mozambique in recent years.
