Nuno Líbano Monteiro defends the reform of the Civil Procedure Code but warns that it will face constitutional challenges

In an interview with the newspaper Jornal de Negócios, Nuno Líbano Monteiro, the partner who coordinates PLMJ’s litigation practice warns that there is a rule in the new Civil Procedure Code that “will face constitutional challenges”  because it may breach the “principle of legitimate expectations”.
