Nuno Líbano Monteiro reveals legal opinion in the DGAE Newsletter

The September edition of the DGAE( Extra Judicial General Department) Newsletter publicizes a large study on Arbitration.

Nuno Líbano Monteiro, PLMJ Senior Partner and Head of the Firm’s Litigation Department II, gave his contribution for this edition by commenting the provisions which rule the International Arbitration and its Procedure.

The study, which gathered opinions of various jurists, had as its specific aim a critical approach on the current Voluntary Arbitration Law .
