PLMJ advised Ascendi on the sale of Via Verde's share capital to Brisa

PLMJ advised Ascendi on the sale of Via Verde's share capital to the Brisa Group.

The operation was led by Diogo Perestrelo, partner and co-head of the Corporate M&A practice. and included lawyers Elsa Pizarro Pardal, senior counsel in the Corporate M&A practice, and Carolina Inverno Branco, associate in the same practice area.

The agreement is still awaiting approval from the Competition Authority and the Bank of Portugal.
