About Elsa
Elsa is a senior counsel in the Corporate M&A and Private Equity practices and has more than 25 years' experience.
She focuses on structuring project finance transactions for road and rail infrastructure projects. In recent years, she has worked on some of the most significant privatisation and acquisition transactions in the road concessions, aviation and energy sectors.
Elsa advises corporate clients, including infrastructure concessionaires and aviation companies.
She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and completed a postgraduate course in corporate finance at the same faculty.
Elsa began her legal career at PLMJ, where she trained and worked as a lawyer between 1990 and 1995. She returned to the firm in 2016 after working at the law firms J. Henriques da Silva e Associados and Cuatrecasas.
